This policy explains how Terra & Hue (“Terra & Hue”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use this website. We follow the principles of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Order details: name, mobile number, email, delivery address and what you order.
• Enquiries: details you send through the distributor or contact forms, including business name and GST number where you give them.
• Chats with Naina, our beauty guide: the messages you type. Please do not share sensitive health information in the chat.
• Technical and usage information, such as pages viewed and device type, collected through analytics and advertising tools where they are switched on.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order.
• To reply to your questions and enquiries.
• To keep the website working and to understand which pages and advertisements are useful.
• To send you offers only where you have agreed to receive them.

Naina and AI

When live AI is switched on, the messages you type to Naina are sent to a third-party AI service so a reply can be generated. Your chat history is also saved in your own browser so you can continue later; you can delete it from the chat screen. Naina gives general skincare guidance and is not a doctor.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the store: payment, courier, email-delivery, analytics and advertising providers. They may use it only for those services. We do not sell your personal data. Orders placed on Flipkart, Amazon or JioMart are handled under those marketplaces’ own policies.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Cookies and browser storage

When you first visit, you can accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies, or choose per category. Essential storage (your bag, your chat, your cookie choice) is always on. You can change your mind any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Instagram reels load only when you press play.

We use your browser’s storage to remember your bag and your chat. Where analytics or advertising pixels are active, they may set cookies to measure visits and the performance of our advertisements. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal requirements, and other data only as long as it is needed for the purpose above.

Your rights

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
